•Submission of zakat, income tax, withholding taxes declarations.
•Submission of objections and appeals against zakat and tax assessments and representing the taxpayer before the tax committees.
•Submission of a settlement request with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and representing the taxpayer before the settlement committee.
•Implementing double taxation conventions for foreign companies and refunding tax from the Authority
•Providing other consulting services (such as zakat on foreign investments – the tax on foreign branches, permanent establishment, studying contracts and their tax and zakat risks, the tax risks of mergers and acquisitions).
