- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), with registration in the Saudi Accountants Registry under License No. 597.
- Licensed by the General Authority for Real Estate to provide accounting supervision for off-plan sales projects.
- Licensed by the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority to provide services for measuring the local content percentage of establishments.
- Prior to founding Miras Auditing and Accounting, Badr Al-Ahmadi held several professional positions, including:
- Director of Zakat, Tax Planning, and Risk at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in the Kingdom. He was also tasked with examining the Group’s subsidiaries to ensure their compliance with tax and zakat regulations and laws and identifying their zakat and tax risks.
- Supervisor in the Large Taxpayers Department at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, where he oversaw three departments: Zakat and Income Tax, Value-Added Tax (VAT), and Zakat and Tax Objections. He also participated in the Authority’s initiative to prepare companies for Value-Added Tax (VAT) prior to its implementation in the Kingdom. Additionally, he participated in several internal tasks, including supervising the closure of all objections for large taxpayers and participating in settlement committee meetings with taxpayers.
- Worked as an Audit and Assurance Manager at one of the major auditing firms in the Kingdom.

Sabri Tanboura
External Audit Manager
Over seventeen years of experience in auditing, financial dispute management, and corporate financial management.
He has more than 17 years of professional experience, including twelve years at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization in the field of auditing, followed by financial and commercial dispute management, where he supervised and managed financial, commercial, and accounting cases while providing professional solutions in accordance with best approved standards. His last position at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group was Head of the Disputes Department.
He later served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Abdulmohsen Al-Thunayan Group for two years.
He continued his professional career as an Executive and Financial Consultant at IBIKS Accounting and Auditing Office, providing financial and accounting consultancy services to various entities and companies, in addition to managing related financial disputes and advisory services.

Mohamed Elsheikh
General Supervisor
Certified Public Accountant registered under No. (46616) in the General Registry of Accountants and Auditors at the Ministry of Finance, Arab Republic of Egypt.
Mohamed has over 10 years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, and the preparation of financial reports submitted to prosecution authorities and law enforcement entities. He also served as Chief Accountant at a private sector company for two years.
He currently holds the position of Accounting and Audit Supervisor at Meras Certified Public Accountants and Auditors.
